Refund Policy

At Milkind, we strive to create unforgettable experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy.

1. Booking Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled booking will receive a full refund.

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable, but you may request to reschedule (subject to availability).

3. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your booking without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

4. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the original time. Please email us on [email protected] with your booking ID.
